Our experience with Jane Reitz of Keller Williams was stellar. Jane was recommended to us by multiple families in the neighborhood who have had wonderful experiences with her and we are very happy with how thorough, conscientious, caring and honest she has been throughout this entire process. It's also lovely to work with someone who is so heavily involved in the community.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Working with Jane Reitz was atrocious. Backing up here, we'd interacted with Jane regarding three properties. I did not realize it was possible to witness all of these things with just one agent, but it happened: - At open houses, Jane and her assistants were very unprepared. They had laptops open, trying to get the answer to basic questions like "How many units are in the association? Is the heat gas? etc." It was as if no one did their homework and was very unprofessional. - Jane was 1 hour late to one showing, 30 minutes later to another one we had with her.
