I had a wonderful experience with Cape Cod Renovations. They replaced and upgraded the (very damaged) trim and gutters on my house and built a 4x4 front step. Professional customer service from the start. Estimate and schedule was thorough and clear, no surprises at the end! Vladimir communicated clearly throughout the project and completed on time. I love the finished product and will definitely use them in the future.

We hired Cape Cod Renovation to reside our house and add an extended deck. Overall, we are very happy with the work! The siding work and framing of the deck were done by subcontractors. Throughout the whole process, Vlad was very responsive, always returning my questions with a phone call, almost immediately. We finished the project this past winter, and before we could even use the deck, a tree fell in the winter storm and destroyed one section of the railing! Vlad and his team came out in a very reasonable time to fix that for us! The only part of the process that was frustrating, was the permitting, which we were advised to do ourselves to save some money. I was grateful... read full review
