Speaking from my personal experience, dealing with Mike Kenny to build a home that I love and knowing several home owners who hired Mike as well, I'd say that the overwhelming response, is that Mike builds a high-quality home and uses high-quality materials. He designs the site, preserving trees and the natural environment around the structure and with this talent for design, he creates beautiful and unique homes and developments. Homes that are so unique and quality-oriented that when I passed by one while looking for his work through Concord, West Newbury, Falmouth, Marion, Rockport and Boxford, I know he designed and built it. Mike is very critical of his work and I witnessed him direct his construction crew to remove and rebuild a large dormer that he saw was not in the correct position, it was 8 inches to one side. I questioned his decision, but after looking at the rebuilt dormer I understood. I have to say that he is an exception to the build it fast, cheap and never look back.
