“Speaking from my personal experience, dealing with Mike Kenny to build a home that I love and knowing several home owners who hired Mike as well, I'd say that the overwhelming response, is that Mike builds a high-quality home and uses high-quality materials. He designs the site, preserving trees and the natural environment around the structure and with this talent for design, he creates beautiful and unique homes and developments. Homes that are so unique and quality-oriented that when I passed by one while looking for his work through Concord, West Newbury, Falmouth, Marion, Rockport and Boxford, I know he designed and built it. Mike is very critical of his work and I witnessed him direct his construction crew to remove and rebuild a large dormer that he saw was not in the correct position, it was 8 inches to one side. I questioned his decision, but after looking at the rebuilt dormer I understood. I have to say that he is an exception to the build it fast, cheap and never look back.“

TMD is located a little farther from my location but I decided to try talking with Tom.
My experience starting with that initial meeting has been exceptional. In truth: phenomenal.
TMD truly wants to fulfill their clients wishes. They are very clear about their well thought out and experienced process. Each step on the journey from initial design to choosing materials through final payment is thoroughly explained.
Communication is key to any good working relationship. TMD excels in good communication. All my question in person or via calls, emails, texts throughout the project were answered promptly. Every time!
The team is trustworthy. So important if you are not on the premises, as I was not.
Their craftsmanship is top notch. Their attention to detail, quite frankly, amazing! The team is devoted to their craft and proud of their work as well they should be.
Work is completed on time and on budget.
I cannot say enough about this remarkable experience ending in a gorgeous new kitchen and new windows in other areas of my home, done just how I dreamed it could be.

“Our renovation experience with iKitchens Etc was excellent and exceeded expectations. iKitchens was able to remove a load bearing wall and add a supporting beam to transform our kitchen, dining and living room into our dream open concept space. They also cleverly designed an underutilized large second floor bedroom into an office and beautiful primary suite. The project manager’s attention to details was impressive and the crew’s craftsmanship was top-notch. “We used DeNardo home improvement for our house siding. Marc and his crew were very good. They came on time every day and worked constantly until the job was done. They made sure that the yard was picked up from materials etc. prior their end of shift. Marc is a little bit of perfectionist which was just what we were looking for since we are too. They finished the job fairly quick and we absolutely love our new vinyl siding. I highly recommend him and his crew!!!“

He kept us informed of their schedule and coordinated his work with our availability. He and his team were professional and courteous, taking care to cover all the furniture, plants, and flooring while painting. They carefully removed artwork from the walls, the blinds, and the shades. After completing the painting, he replaced them.
