My apartment building has been under construction for the past year, using timberline. They regularly work illegal hours, starting at 6am during the week and even on Saturdays when the legal start time is 9am. The team couldn't care less that they're regularly waking up tenants. Also, they're going on 6 months late finishing up an 8 month project.

I don’t understand how this company does not realize how inconsiderate it is to be making crazy loud noise at 6:00 am in residential areas…even when so many people have complained. Managers are extremely difficult

This is an awful company. Extremely rude and inconsiderate. They do their construction late at night and early in the morning making everyone lives around them miserable. Constant delays in project. Never again.
