I got left high-and-dry by a contractor who did an unbelievably shoddy job, and I needed to fix it up asap before the new tenants moved in. I called Preserve Services and they were able to squeeze me in the very next day and got it alllllll done in one day, all for a very reasonable price! Their communication was excellent, and they were very responsible with handling keys. 100% will use them again for my next home improvement projects! Never using those other guys again. Working with Preserve Services was a great experience from start to finish. Mark was knowledgeable and responsive. All the communication was great throughout as was the quality of the work. We were really happy with how our exterior paint and deck project went.

My wife and I needed our garrison colonial home painted. I contacted Mark at Preserve Services. He was out to our house a couple of days later to discuss the project. Mark thoroughly walked the house with me, listened to what we wanted done, and offered several helpful suggestions and pointed out areas of rot to be replaced. Mark gave an itemized written estimate of the cost of the job which was very reasonable. His crew of painters and carpenters were hard working, diligent, friendly and respectful of our property. They did superb quality work and finished in less time than I expected. And best of all, my wife is elated with the result!
