These guys are great! Swift service and calmed me down with a joke or two! ? I was so scared it was a bat ?? but it wasn’t ! They know what they’re talking about, and I’m so grateful I called them! Tom was amazing and really cared about helping me, also the mourning dove he caught in my chimney, very humane. I trust them and I will call them back for anything else requiring animal removal.Thanks guys! ?❣️??

Had a problem with a bat. I called Tom. Alongside his partner Steve, they came to the house same day. After assessing the place, they took needed measures to seal the house and ever since I have had zero issue. Great work. Very professional, prompt and reliable. I would recommend these guys to anyone in need of help.

I called Tom at 930 PM frantic due to a bat flying around our home. He calmed me down and gave us instructions on how to contain the bat to one floor. He called back 30 minutes later to be sure we were able to do what he instructed. Luckily with the help of a brave neighbor we were able to get the bat out of our house the next morning. Tom still came by to inspect our attic and chimney. When he determined that there was no evidence of bats in our attic or chimney and that the bat must have snuck in through an open door he did not charge us for the visit. Hopefully we will not need pest removal services in the future, but if we do, we will use Northeast again for sure!
