Came in for an adjustment on a pair of frames and was literally in and out in less than 5 minutes. The staff at this location are SO kind and helpful. I’ll definitely come back to this location :)
All three people working when I came in today were welcoming, helpful, and knowledgeable. There were plenty of options to consider and I picked a pair of glasses I feel excited and confident about. A great experience overall!
The staff at the Harvard Square WP shop were terrific. They were friendly, communicated clearly, helped me find two frame styles that were just a little more stylish than I typically wear and were therefore exciting and confidence building, and they knew the WP product line extremely well.
