Step Ahead Physical Therapy

I'm hypermobile, so I pull muscles very easily. I went to Karen for PT after straining a peroneal muscle while running. She specializes in hypermobile treatment and she came up with a treatment plan that worked very well for me. She used heat, ultrasound, massage, and prescribed various exercises and stretches. Slowly but surely, the huge knot in my calf disappeared and I was able to start running again. I also enjoyed our conversations during my treatment.

Karen at Step Ahead is a great physical therapist who I've recommended to friends and family. She's a true expert and professional who can help you isolate a problem and come up with the right program to fix it. She's helped me with various issues over the years and the results are always great.

Karen is the best there is! She is extremely knowledgeable and really takes her time to understand everything with your body that could potentially be a contributing factor to your injury/ailment, not just in the one area. I have recommended her multiple times to both family and friends and always go back if something new arises. Highly recommend!!
