Mike Park is very easy to work with, and his marketing strategy is on point. During the agent hunting, Mike was one of the most impressive and insightful agent that far exceeded my expectation. His team seems to be very well organized and includes all the services needed for the sale. If the target buyers were not first home buyer, I would've selected this realtor without a question.

We started working with Mike's group in 2021 and we bought a house in 2023. It was a long and weary journey in a very competitive market but we came out learned and grown as a young family. The team, especially Fen, Joyce, Allison, and Mike, were responsive and committed to our every request on showing, to inspecting, and offering of a house. We have worked with Mike Park and Splice Realty to buy two different properties (Somerville and Medford). I'm deeply thankful for the whole team on how they provided insight and support throughout the whole process. They helped us ask the questions we didn't know to ask and, when appropriate, they helped us find answers.They worked with our schedule and were always available yet never pushy.
