We had a wonderful outdoor yoga class with Spira! I was in town for a bachelorette party and we signed up for a mindful yoga class right on the bank of the Charles River. It was a lovely experience to stretch in the shade of a tree, listening to birds overhead. We had women of varying degrees of comfort and experience with yoga, and Spira constructed poses/exercises that everyone could scale up or down as needed. We all felt we'd gotten a good workout by the end. We also had a great conversation with her after class! All of us would highly recommend checking out her class; we loved it!

I’ve highly recommend Spira for TRE (Tension/Trauma Release Exercise). She is knowledgeable, attentive and patient as she guided me through the various steps of the exercise, allowing my body to comfortably fatigue, release tension and ultimately achieve a deeper sense of relaxation.

Spira is amazing! I’ve been taking her classes for over a month now and I absolutely love them. I am new to yoga but she helps everyone feel successful and confident. I take her classes using Zoom and it’s so nice to be able to take an hour in the evening and “wind down” without having to leave my house.
