Grant is terrific--he has fixed my laptop several time recently, including retrieving a lost contacts file and diagnosing a problem (slow computer) that required removing and then replacing all the software. I cannot understand critical reviews. He has always been friendly, incredibly responsive (same day--"bring it in"), and efficient. He is also mindful of costs/time and does not do work that is not necessary. For example, when my computer did not turn on, I called Grant and he told me about a 30 second fix that worked without my having to bring the laptop in. It is a great source of comfort to know that Grant is available to deal with the inevitable laptop... read full review

This place is amazing! The quality is top-notch. Professional Geeks quickly replaced my motherboard over the holiday season. The person who repaired it even went through the trouble of cleaning my laptop! I highly recommend Professional Geeks.

Grant is the best computer tech specialist! I have made 3 purchases of lightly used computers for general use. He’s thorough, answers questions for those of us not as skilled as some who are more dependent upon their computers for work related projects. He’s only a few miles away and always accommodating and professional. I recommend him highly to anyone who is looking for computer services.
