Honestly, I was hesitant after reading some of the reviews but I was pleasantly surprised. The Natural Healing Center staff were lovely and professional. Mandy did the ‘Maximum Moisture Facial’ on me and it was so relaxing I dozed off a few times ?. My face and I thank you.

Thought I would try the healing center with the Groupon I purchased. Made an appointment for Sunday morning and on Saturday night I got a text that said “can you confirm that you will be here for your 10:00 appt because I have another customer waiting for your slot.”That text did not make me happy. And I responded by saying, “yes I am confirming but I think it’s very rude to tell one customer that another customer is waiting for their slot.”The Texter apologized for her rudeness and I again confirmed that I would be there and I asked her to confirm the details of my appointment, which she did.Luckily, the actual appointment went very well. Mandy at Natural Healing Center in Cambridge is the lash queen. Mandy did lash extensions for me and my maid of honor for my wedding (and engagement photos), as well as our brow tints, and she's always amazing. She always wears a mask, is very sanitary, and does a meticulous job. I'm almost nervous to tell people where I got my lashes done because she's going to get so popular - as she should! Love her!
