Joshua was quick to respond to my inquiry and was very honest and straightforward regarding the issues with my iMac and how much it was going to cost me to fix. Ultimately I decided it made much more sense to get a new computer, but he easily could have convinced me to get a repair and take the business. Now that's the kind of business you can trust!
I had hard to diagnose problems with a 6 year old Imac, and Joshua walked me through a lot of steps to get things right. I had expected to be steered to the sales part of things, but he just made sure my machine was working as it should (and it now does!) without my having to bring it in etc. Like having a very, very knowledgeable friend in the business. Strongly recommend them!
