I highly recommend Dennis! He helped me rehab my shoulder in a matter of a few sessions and I am able to focus on my personal training goals now that my shoulder is getting stronger! He doesn't just have you run through the various exercises, he also explains WHY he is having you do each one and how it will help in the long run.
Dennis is a very knowledgeable physical therapist and I would recommend him to anyone. He was able to help me with my rehab my shoulder in a matter of weeks so that I could start to focus on my overall fitness goals which required full range of motion in both shoulders. I no longer wake up with shoulder pain in the morning thanks to Dennis and the exercises he gives me to work on between sessions. I also appreciate that he not only goes through the exercises in each session but also explains the benefits of each. If you are committed to recovery, want to work hard and are ready to stay accountable, Dennis is the PT for you!
Dennis has been a huge help to me. I work 12 hours per day on my feet so my back pain has been an ongoing issue for over a year. Dennis has helped reduce the pain. With hands on adjustments and home exercises, Dennis has taught me how to prevent my back pain from occurring! Dennis will even check in with me in between appointments to see how my at home exercises are going and to make sure I am doing well. Dennis provides an extremely convenient service which cannot be found elsewhere! Thank you Dennis for all of your hard work and commitment!
