Architect Leslie Saul and her team, especially Monique Jankowski, did a wonderful job designing a renovation that added an upstairs master bath, walk-in closet, laundry, and additional bedroom in our smallish Newton house. They came up with an imaginative but practical solution that transformed our second floor in ways that will allow us to age comfortably in the house. They worked well with us through permitting and with our contractor (critical for us) and were sensitive to our price constraints. Fees were very reasonable and clear. Leslie Saul & Associates helped me and my husband reimagine the kitchen and main bedroom in our 1915 colonial that had fallen very much out of date. We ended up with beautiful spaces that represented our taste and were far from cookie-cutter. Leslie and Monique also helped us project manage the construction firm and added order to a process that would have otherwise been chaotic.
