Kaleidoscope Tattoo & Art Gallery is a great place to get body art and piercings. The staff, including the "cute white boy" who checked in clients, are friendly and welcoming. The artists, such as Shaun, are skilled and precise, taking the time to execute designs with attention to detail. Despite some initial miscommunication over the phone, Shaun was able to turn things around by explaining the process and making the customer feel comfortable. The gallery values customer service and is committed to providing a positive experience.
