Worst customer service.Make sure you pick the right package because these clowns are not flexible with the terms. Tell me the logic behind a software provider who « can’t downgrade before the renewal, but can at anytime upgrade.
Do not use! You have to upgrade to use most features and they lock you into a 1 year contract with no satisfaction guarantee. I'm stuck paying $500 a month for software that didn't work for my team. Stay away!
TERRIBLE, DO NOT USE!!! They tell you that you can use it for free and will move your website over for you. Seems great. Next thing you know your credit card is being charged and you can't get out of the 1 year contract you never intended to sign in the first place. They don't care about small business at all. I am sure they have big clients that love them, but they do not care about anyone but their bottom line. worst company I have ever worked with.
