“My wife and I (both TIAA clients) were treated very well by the receptionist (whose name we did not get) and the advisor (James) at the Cambridge TIAA office. We needed help with some paperwork and did not have an appointment. The receptionist helped us first by looking into possible appointments and then by checking with James that he had time to help us with a few questions. James was gracious to see us without an appointment. He was very professional and helpful, checking our paperwork and advising us on what additional steps were needed, including providing us with a Harvard phone number to get necessary information. All in all, we had a very good experience and our experience speaks well for both individuals as well as for the office as a whole.“

“My mother was in Brighton house for 1 month. I would say that over all she received excellent care. The new Administrator always made herself available I believe her name is Deniscia Marks. She is creating a new atmosphere for the rehabilitation. One of the head nurses Linda in my opinion should be the nursing director. She, nurse Samantha, and one of the PCA’s went above and beyond to make sure my mother received the best care. Oh and I can’t forget about the admissions person. I can’t remember her name. She made me and me feel comfortable sending my mother there. Most everyone was on point. Of course there are a few bad apples especially the night crew and some of the PCA’s but over all it was an amazing experience.
