Getting started with Catalyst is incredibly easy - I had a consultation with Faisal, who did a great job understanding my goals and evaluating my current fitness levels. By the next week, I had my first training appointment already on the books!

Catalyst is a fabulous place to train, and Danny is the absolute best. He approaches every session with thought and care and ensures we meet our goals, while avoiding injury. He always encourages us to achieve our best through fitness, and is extraordinarily supportive. Truly can't think of a better place to train!

Working out with Danny and Catalyst has been transformative for my personal health. I was looking to get back in shape after being sedentary for many years and set a stretch goal of being strong enough to complete an open water swim. He came highly recommended by my neighbor, and my wife and I both signed up.
