I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia 10 yrs ago and have suffered ever since, until I found Dr Abram .He has helped relieve my pain drastically.I look forward to my acupuncture appointments and highly recommend Dr Abram, he listens and is very compassionate towards your health. I was loosing hope until I started acupuncture.Best decision I have made!

Being 25, athletic and with fairly proper structural alignment, I was curious as to how a Rolfing 10 series could improve my athletic performance, my posture, and my day to day life. I came across Daphne Berwind-Dart per a referral from another prestigious body worker, and having just completed my 10 series, I couldn't be happier. Coming in with injuries to my neck and hip, along with having incredibly tight hips, it feels unbelievable to be 100% healthy again. My movement in my hips has increased exponentially, which was the main improvement I wanted to get out of the series. I feel taller (probably am), my stride feels longer (probably is), and my understanding of feeling "centered" & "grounded" is on a whole other level. Strictly pertaining to Daphne's Rolfing efficacy, she's an amazing body worker. Every single session I was able to feel a difference in my whole body, and even as shortly as the 3rd session was experiencing monumental progress with reducing acute and chronic injuries sustained over years of football, soccer and weightlifting. Trying to describe having increased length/expanded range of motion all throughout your body doesn't do it justice, it's something you experience every moment no matter what you're doing. I feel fluid, flexible and healthy - and as someone who puts a great deal of emphasis on "quality of life," it was worth its weight in gold.

I started going to Marilyn Yohe in January, 2012, for respiratory difficulties and chronic sinus infections. I'd had these issues for over 10 years and had never tried acupuncture before but I was desperate and willing to give anything a try. Marilyn is very easy to talk to, non-judgmental and just puts you at ease. Working with her has really improved my health and quality of life. I feel that my immune system has strengthened and I get fewer sinus infections. The nice thing is when I feel an infection brewing Marilyn is able to pinpoint it and help stop it or make it less severe. I can't recommend her enough.
