Great service, reasonable pricing - strongly recommend! My iphone died so I took it to the Apple store. They suspected water damage and advised they could not restore the phone. I had already determined data wasn't being backed up to the cloud (an oversight on my part), so was of course devastated thinking all my photos/contacts/etc would be forever lost! Fortunately, I found BosnaTech on the web. Ned from BosnaTech quickly responded to my initial inquiry, provided clear instructions on how to send my phone in the BosnaTech service center (I lived too far way to drop it off), and said he would do his best to recover the data.
