angela is amazing! she really knows what she's doing. if you have neck and shoulder tension that feels impossible to get rid of, please go to vitality. it's the only thing that helps me! angela is kind, flexible, and an incredible healer. the experience is no frills, but the best true relief experience.

I like deep tissue massage, there technique here is very nice. She got in deep in all the right places and asked if there were any problemed areas that I’d like her to focus on. She did an excellent job massaging my muscles and did not hurt me or press down on any bones etc. I feel my body benefited a lot from this and I did not experience much soreness the following day. I have gone other places looking for a deep tissue where I didn’t feel as great when I left and felt sore the next day! That was not a problem here at all I felt really really really great and now I really want to go back.
