Zola has a deep understanding of the human body that is apparent just a few minutes into a massage. She works confidently with the most delicate and complicated layers of muscle. After a massage with Zola I feel not only rejuvenated, but educated on how to better support my own body. Highly recommend!
Zola is amazing! She has such healing energy. Throughout the session, she pays close attention to your body and tries to anticipate your needs--every move she makes feels intentional. She helped me identify the cause of some back pain that was stemming from an entirely different muscle group than I originally thought. I will definitely be back!
Zola is an extraordinary body-worker. She had very warm, strong, hands, and attentively searched for the source of my muscle pain, and then gently held it until it released. The studio was very comforting and relaxing, and working with her put me at ease in my body. But I think most importantly, Zola thinks of herself as a healer and takes that job seriously -- she really wanted me to leave her feeling better than when I arrived, and that warmed my heart.
