Just closed on my first home. I started with Nancy back in September. She’s been fantastic. Every time I wanted to see a house she was there that day. Emails/phone calls returned the same day. She was very patient with me which I appreciate. I’m feel so fortunate to live down the street from Upper Cape Realty. I’ve been reading their signs outside their office since I could read, dreaming of one day being a homeowner. And Nancy helped make that dream come true with 0 hassle. She sets proper expectations but most of all I truly felt she had my best interest in mind at all times. Thanks Nancy and the Upper Cape team

I recently had the pleasure of meeting Nancy Angus who helped me with her advice and knowledge to get my father’s house ready for sale after his passing in May. I can’t thank her enough for all her help. She was also my Dads Realtor when he purchased the property twelve years ago and because of his admiration for her she was the one and only broker I contacted.
