“I gave 5 stairs for my best hygienist who genuinely cares about her patients. I am lucky to be one of them. I know I am in her calm hands. I have had many hygenists at this office.
Voicing my opinion, that I am very concerned for the difficulty of getting future appts which started today. Being a patient for years now coming 4 times a year Faithtully..for my must have cleanings and learning today that appts are 6 months out. Totally booked!! For now the only choice I had was 12/24. Option was to be put on a cancellation list. If it snows oh well??? My next appt is not until March 2026. Is this not insane!!! Something has changed in this office for booking appts.“

“My husband and I moved to the Pinehills after 40 years on the North Shore, and our old dental practice. We are very happy with Kerr Dental, a state of the art and efficiently run practice. The staff are all very friendly, and I have had nothing but positive experiences with the hygienists and the dentist.“

“From check in to check out, all the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The office was clean and all the equipment seemed new and state of the art. They will show you around when you get there for your first visit which is nice also. Overall, I had a great experience here and its easy to get in and out of with plenty of parking.

Big shout out to Paige who was my hygienist. She was caring, thorough, and kind.“

“I walked in late afternoon to schedule an impression and got an appointment next day! Iris was super helpful managing my insurance and ensuring I was able to utilize it for care. My hygienist was so kind and the impression process was very easy, I expected much worse from prior experience! And the Dr. checked in with me twice; to answer insurance questions and then to make sure I was all set and didn’t need any help. Felt very comfortable in the office!“

“I have today been able to rectify the problem and I am happy to amend my review. I like this office and do not want to change dentists.
I am not perfect, wrote an appt down incorrectly and could not make the appt...when I called today to reschedule I was told unless I paid a fee of $25 I. Could not reschedule...i have been a patient for about 15 yrs and have not missed appt so think this is unreasonable and think this review is necessary to Express my displeasure...“

“We are traveling from out of town and called with an urgency for my 13 year old son. They worked us in same-day around their lunch break. Everyone was so nice and we received excellent care. The private pay price was reasonable and they didn’t try to add on anything extra. Both receptionists we dealt with were kind and the assistant who handled our appointment was fantastic! I’m so thankful for the team and thoroughly happy with the service I received! Definitely recommend!“

“Dr. Sullivan is a FABULOUS endodontist. I've been a member of the dental profession for over 30 years and I have NEVER met anyone as competent as he, in the field of endodontics. His staff are just as seasoned and kind. I had over an hour drive to see him but without a doubt it was worth the ride. If you EVER need a root canal do not hesitate to see him.“
