“Liz is absolutely amazing. My mom has been going to her for years for therapeutic massages and I was lucky enough to have a session with her myself. She walks you through every step and even explains how your body (muscles and allignment) truly is along with ways to correct. The studio is welcoming and calming. Highly recommended!!!“

The studio is cozy and clean. They have all the equipment you could need. The instructors are calming, encouraging, and knowledgeable. You can go at whatever pace you want and they always give alternative moves so all levels can participate. The community they cultivate is equally as amazing.“

436 Boston Post Rd, Weston“Intuitive wellness has so much to offer. I have worked with Laura for a few years now after I was having issues with my knees and lower back. She has helped me strengthen specific muscle groups which has resolved my knee and lower back pain. She has extensive knowledge of anatomy and exercises. She helps me correct my positioning so that I get the best workouts possible. She is always able to adapt exercises to accommodate my body and has put together a training program for me that I can easily continue at home. Laura is so kind and she makes exercising fun! Often I am laughing during my workouts making the time fly by! I highly recommend giving intuitive wellness a try! You can’t go wrong with any of the trainers or specialists!!! They are all amazing humans!!!“

7 Bow St STE 1, North Reading“I recently became a Tai Chi Acupuncture client in North Reading with Dr. Michelle. If someone had told me the difference it would make in my quality of life I would never have believed them. I suffer from a progressive degenerative demylating disease similar to MS. I woke up every day to debilitating spasms and pain that I had decided I would just have to learn to live with. After my first visit I woke up the next to no pain! It was gone! It felt like a miracle.I love how Dr. Michelle explains what she does and why. She even let me borrow a book on Acupuncture to read. The staff is amazing working to schedule appointments around a crazy work schedule and numerous doctors appointments.Tai Chi is an amazing place. I strongly recommend you try it out.“

235 Salem St, Medford“My daughter was a pupil here for thier after school program. My little brother was a former student and recomended it to us for our autistic daughter. She is not a very athletic type at all and we had major reservations but decided to give it a shot. Very glad we did. A great bonus is they pick up her from school along with the other students everyday and walk over to the stuido just 2 blocks away. They really were great with her. She is not a problem child at all but due to being on the autistic spectrum understandably would be a harder child to work with during the martial arts class portion of the daily structure. Master Disipio and all other staff was never once discouraging about her extremely slow progress and in fact was surprisingly optimistic about everything especially in motivating our very unmotivated daughter(lol) while still being sensitive to her differences to the other students. All and all a great alternative for the everyday after school program. Each day every child get a mix of play, education, self disipline and structure. Would highly recommend it.“
“Love this studio! So many variety of classes! All the instructors are really good and really nice! Always accepts song and workout requests! Social distancing, masks and multiple sanitizing stations! So safe!“

BEHIND ELEMENTS MASSAGE, 693R Belmont Street REAR UNIT, 693r Belmont St, Belmont“When I started with Simply Yoga I had sworn off yoga for nearly twenty years but your classes and wonderful teaching welcomed me back into my yoga body and back into a regular practice with a supportive community. Coming to your classes and really working them has made me a much better and stronger yoga practitioner. When I started I felt pretty weak and kind of physically broken in ways but over time I grew stronger in body and spirit and eventually I even felt inspired to start working with a personal trainer which helped me get even stronger in my now 55+ year old postmenopausal body....a body which is now stronger than it has ever been in my lifetime! Thank you Stephanie and Deena“

1 Grove St 2nd floor, Boston“I recently moved out of Boston, and the thing I miss most about my old neighborhood is definitely Beacon Hill Yoga! Renvil, the owner of BHY/REPS, is wonderful and the studio is clean, serene, and well-equipped. I enjoyed the variety of classes and instructors and frequent additions of new timeslots and class styles. As an avid yogi and certified instructor who has belonged to many different studios, this is a top-notch place to practice. I would recommend BHY to anyone!“

26 Trapelo Rd, Belmont“I met Emmie at the beginning of 2019 and cannot say how grateful I am to have built the connection we have. She is a wonderful teacher and facilitator. I have been working one on one with her since January and am amazed at the growth I have endured in less than a year! Emmie brings such a warm and glowing energy to every session we have and I always leave feeling so refreshed and ready to tackle anything that life throws at me. She has taught me wonderful lessons that I will carry with me forever. If you are interested, she is also an ayurvedic practitioner which comes in handy whenever you have any type of health dilemma. She will be able to come up with a plan of action to help you get rid of anything you are dealing with. I cannot put it all into words how incredible she is and how well versed and intelligent she is in her field!! I highly recommend working with her if you have the opportunity!“
“I love this yoga place, and I can't say enough wonderful things about Randy, the instructor. He is a great guy and a dedicated Ashtanga yoga person. I was going to him for years before COVID came along and ruined things. But his yoga studio -- great vibe, wonderful people, just a good place to be. It carried me through a lot of tough times. I really hope to return one day soon.“

Robins Yoga \\u0026 Healing/Essential R\\u0026R, Tewksbury“I called Robin at the last minute for an appointment, and even though I was a first time client she still agreed to work me in, so long as I was willing to share my time with her 4-month old granddaughter. That worked out much better than I imagined it would. She barely missed a beat between poses while she tended to the baby's needs and then back to mine. If I hadn't been in so much pain going in, I might not have gone for it and would have missed out on a great massage. If you've never had Thai massage, it can most easily be described as passive yoga, but that doesn't really do it justice. Robin's technique and delivery was great, she is very personable, and she wants to make sure your comfortable, yet still getting the full benefit of the treatment. Her prices are VERY reasonable, especially the introductory rate. I just wish her regular sessions offered were longer, but then again, Thai massage takes a lot of physical effort. I'm not into a lot of the traditional eastern healing and Robin didn't make me feel like I had to learn a whole new language or accept a whole new culture just to enjoy my massage. I also took in a yoga class that same evening and the class was small and intimate. It was, as advertised, a beginning yoga class, but I was able to get what I needed from it, as it was geared to novices (from a pose description POV) yet allowed for plenty of stretching and challenge where I needed it. Will I be back? Definitely. Will I encourage friends and strangers to go? You betcha!“
“At least four years ago I began my yoga practice with Anne Marie.I wrote a review of her class in the Central Square MASS Ave studio back then commenting on her extraordinary skill and what a warm and very good teacher she isIf I were to add anything to that review today, I would say all those previous attributes continue to be true in abundance and in addition Anne Marie is amazingly flexible. We have continued our practice (remotely) throughout the pandemic. I now practice with her twice a week and find that it is a true mind body experience. Our classes build from one session to the next. They change from season to season. Anne Marie’s instructions are always clear and she often gives two or three options reminding the students that we are to listen to our body and to be kind to it. And above all we need to breathe.Perfect advice from a wonderful teacher in a challenging time.If you are feeling you are missing something in your life as we move through not quite normal times, try to sign up for a class!“
“This yoga studio is nothing but great! I love the small business atmosphere and community it provides. I would recommend any and all of the teachers and classes that are offered!!!“
