The Softlite brand windows the Symphony team helped us pick out are both energy rated and coast rated, meaning they should handle the seacoast breezes we get for years to come. My wife who is currently working from home due to the Covid-19 pandemic was able to continue working without interruption, as the team was very cognizant of current pandemic protocols as well as house etiquette. “Had my old Patio door replaced because leaked both cold in winter and heat in summer. The person doing the work removed all the parts and glass from the old door and began to install the new door. He kept me informed on the how, what and why he was doing what he was installing the frame, glass and locks. He worked approximately seven and a half hours with no break. He cleaned up everything and left no mess. I highly recommend them.“

“We have an 1870's house in the historic part of Concord and all of the upstairs windows were original and needed a lot of TLC. Rather than replacing all of them (we could not use replacement windows, but would need to remove all of the window structures and do a complete replacement with wooden (2 over 2) windows to reflect what was there, we decided to look at window restorers. We found Kim Cleary last year and had his crew remove the windows, bring them back to the stop and rehab them completely in just under 6 weeks. They turned out beautiful and we are really happy with the results. We also noticed that the restored windows are so solid, that we are able to lower the temperature upstairs now, since the heat is not escaping thru them any longer. Just a great all around outcome. Highly recommended. Oh and the price was a bit more than using replacement windows, but would have been less if we completely replaced them with new custom windows.“

Everyone on their team helped make the job seamless.
