My husband and I visited Warby Parker this week for the first time.The staff was extremely helpful with all our questions. I wouldn't hesitate to return to this store when needing glasses in the future.
Getting my glasses at Warby Parker was one of the best customer service experiences I've had in years. Edward, the associate I worked with was patient, friendly and efficient. I'm glad Warby Parker has physical locations I can go to. Their hybrid brick and mortar/online experience is great!
The experience I had at Warby was the best experience I have ever had shopping for and purchasing glasses. Great selection of frames, great prices and knowledgeable and friendly staff. Will definitely buy glasses at Warby Parker again.
