I think I can help share why the bad reviews. 1) please apply consistent amounts of lotion. Also adequate pressure. 2) It just seems to be the impression compared to other places that the massagers just aren't experienced enough to leave a lasting impression. It is almost like they looked through the guide book and just performed cookie cutter motions. I haven't experienced the table shower but as a standard massage with no real ambiance and nothing being resolved (knot relief etc) after an hour it is very very hard to come back. I always give places two tries but that is why the stars all around. Other places just do it better. I wish this place well. I know... read full review
