387 Lowell St, Wakefield“I am an athlete and yoga/group fitness instructor, as well as an over-50 mom with a typical desk job. After undergoing knee surgery and completing physical therapy at a large facility, I was left with limited range of motion and persistent knee pain, even after 10 sessions. I had resigned myself to the idea that my knee wouldn't improve any further. However, my fitness trainer recommended Fixxed, having had success with dry needling for his own back and shoulder issues, and I was eager to give it a try. This was back in 2020.
I met with Ariel, who combined dry needling with personalized physical therapy. Within weeks, I experienced improved strength and mobility in my knee. I also sought her help for plantar fasciitis, which was completely resolved after a few weeks of treatment. I loved how I felt after each session and appreciated that my treatments were tailored to my specific needs and highly effective, allowing me to return to my pre-surgery activity level. I continued to visit Fixxed clinicians for maintenance.
The atmosphere at Fixxed is so positive that it doesn't even feel like rehab. I am now a monthly member, receiving regular cupping and assisted stretching sessions. It's one of the best things I do for myself to keep my body feeling good.“

62 Montvale Ave Ste Z, Stoneham“Simply the best PT I've ever been to and I've been to many over the past 30 years throughout the country and even world. Under the leadership and guidance of Stefanie, they are quite simply a place of healing. A dojo of healing is what I like to tell Stefanie. You have to put in the work like a dojo. They will meet you halfway with the treatments for pain to get you moving but as Stefanie says, movement is the lubricant. You have to put in the work. And under the guidance of their amazing Doctors of PT, you learn how to move correctly, what muscles are weak, what areas of your body are out of line and where there is an imbalance. I honestly don't think there's a business I can recommend like I can recommend this one. Do yourself a favor and book an appointment today.“

They also have a pool. There is a general sense of caring from the folks who work there. I'm very pleased!!! Current customer“

1830 Main St, Tewksbury“I have been working with Dan Pothier at the Tewksbury location of Bay State Physical Therapy for past 3-4 months following my rotator cuff repair. I have found the entire staff here to be dedicated and passionate. To start, Margaret at the front desk was able to craft a schedule that got me in sooner than any other offices I called. Once scheduled, I found Dan to be remarkably talented with his skillset, explaining precisely what he was about to do and why it helps or was necessary. I was very quickly put at ease trusting him with my rehab, as he truly listened and ensured I was being pushed, but not too quickly or too far. Overall, the office atmosphere is fun and inviting (not something I'd ever expect to type when describing physical therapy!). The jovial nature of the staff and the discussion amongst the patients and staff that broke out at times was enjoyable. They demonstrate a very strong camaraderie that is felt during every appointment here. I owe a great deal of my quick recovery to Dan and the Tewksbury team at Bay State Physical Therapy.“

299 Main St Unit 201, Wilmington“I stumbled across an ad for Wilmington back and spine on Facebook. I've been overweight my whole life and just had gastric bypass surgery last June. Since all the weight loss I've started having extremely bad back pain with no relief from several different remedies. So I decided to give this one last try as I just can't continue living in this pain. The minute I met the Doctor he hit the problem just like a hammer hits a nail on the head!! I'm on disability and don't work he worked with me to figure out a payment plan to worked for us both. Right there and then I got my first Treatment!!! The nurses were a joy I was blown away!! I'm so happy I made the choice to stop feeling pain and to come here. I can't wait to see the results!!“

564 Main St, Waltham“I have been seeing Dr. Caddoo for over a decade now for various injuries or flare-ups. His skill and knowledge are unmatched in the area. My entire family has seen him over the years, mostly for ART and Graston therapy. I’ve learned a lot from Dr. Caddoo over the years about how tightness in one area will cause strain and pain in another. He is very active in the world of sports therapy and incredibly knowledgeable about injuries and current treatment options. The treatment is often uncomfortable by nature, but it’s effective and Dr. Caddoo’s affable character helps to distract. He has a seemingly endless supply of athletes and patients coming his way, so he will treat you in just the amount of visits necessarily to get you fixed and on your way. You’ll be lucky to see him if you find yourself in pain or injured.“

229 Billerica Rd, Chelmsford“Marci has been amazing to work with! I was having severe nerve pain with pregnancy and both my PCP and OB were not very hopeful that PT would offer much help, but suggested I try anyways. Marci pinpointed the issue quickly and within just a few sessions I already had so much relief and return to function. I was initially hoping to just keep the symptoms from getting worse as my pregnancy progressed, but I've been almost symptom free now since just a few weeks after starting PT. Everyone at the office has been very welcoming and easy to work with during every appointment. Thank you!“

32 Prospect St, Cambridge“Rachel has been a fantastic for my acl and meniscus repair rehab. I’ve been working with her for the past 9 months and she’s helped me so much in feeling more comfortable and confident in my strength and mobility. As an athlete my entire life, it was very disheartening to not be able to do even just the basics post surgery, and Rachel got me back to running, mobility, and jump drills. She is very knowledgeable in the space and was especially a great help with a couple setbacks/complications I had early on in my rehab process. Rachel was always willing to move at my pace while also challenging me each session. I would highly recommend Bay State. Everyone, from the receptionist to the other trainers, was always very kind and welcoming, and it was a very encouraging space. Thanks to everyone for helping my rehab journey.“

“I had an amazing massage this evening with Danielle Ferguson, it was so relaxing I was sleeping. I will definitely be back. Livia Fontes owner is such a professional, I had booked an appointment online yesterday and realized when I got the email confirmation I had booked next week. I call and left a message and she called back very quickly and was able to accommodate me tonight. I met her when I arrived this evening, she was so friendly and welcoming. Bonus first appointment is $10 off and you get a cute goodie bag, really nice touch. I will definitely be booking more appointments here, it is so close for me too which is another bonus Marie“
“Wow! Pain free - first time in about three years. I hurt my back at work. Went to two rounds of PT at Spaulding, but it never worked. I felt like I was destined to live the pain. I also tried acupuncture and massage - nothing worked. At some point I realized I had to give PT another shot. I went here based upon yelp reviews. Debbie is amazing. She said "I know what's wrong with you" and mentioned a muscle I had never heard of. I was pain free a few hours after my first visit. Pain free. If you are looking for PT that works - I highly recommend Cambridge PT & Sports Medicine.“
