Eastern Pine has always been super timely and communicative around their prevention visits, but we recently had to have them come out for an unexpected issue. Turns out a mob of Yellowjackets decided to burrow into our wall from the outside and were making a nest inside the walls. Obviously not ideal. I was concerned that the nest was so high up (almost at my roof line). I was extremely happy when the service tech arrived on time, assessed the situation and within less than 30 minutes removed the nest. They also provided a six month warranty!
