Everyone was wonderful, poor reviews are probably from people who had to wait because triage exists. Bridgette nurse in ED was great & Lauren on 7 West. Also the front desk woman at the ED is the first line of defense of protecting the staff & patients beyond those doors. If she was rude to you, it's probably for a reason.

My mom was brought into the ER, later to be moved to the critical care unit(where she passed shortly after). EVERY nurse and doctor involved in the care of my mom, was phenomenal. I don’t have words to express how amazing the team was, not only with her but, also my entire family. They did everything in their power to keep my mom comfortable and at peace. They couldn’t do enough for us, as we spent a day and a half by her bedside. They were constantly offering food, drinks, tissues, pants(to my sister), literally anything we needed. On October 29 I rushed my wife to Lahey Burlington in Sirius condition, with some major organs infections,
From the onset of her visit the staff was
Amazing, from the front desk to the nurses and of course the most caring Doctors that we have ever dealt with, we’ve been to every hospital in the north shore for many years, and our only regret is that we didn’t come to Lahey Burlington first. I hope we don’t have to visit again for obvious reasons, but if we do we’ve found a home as hospitals are concern. Thank you so much. Pedro & Lisa Flores
