I just had the best marine moisturizing facial given by Julie. She is very professional doesn’t try to push any treatments and freely tells you if you Don’t need a particular treatmentShe is also very caring and nurturing and gives you her bestI’ve gone to her twice and will see her again in a month I highly recommend her she is a credit to her profession and an asset to the Burlington Ma Elizabeth Grady staff

Saloni does an amazing job! She is very meticulous and it is important to her that she gives her clients 100% in everything she does. The one reason I am not giving the Burlington location 5 stars is because of an uncomfortable experience I had with the receptionist. During my appointment, she knocked on the door several times while Saloni was working and asked if Saloni was done and was said that there were people waiting. Not only did this make me feel very uncomfortable as a client, but I felt bad for Saloni who was just doing her job (and a good one at that!). When I went to the front after my appointment, the receptionist told me that if I want another appointment there I need to let them know in the future that I take while. As someone with a large amount of hair, it felt like she was blaming me for how long it takes to wax me. I was astounded by the level of unprofessionalism. No one ever asked me how long it took me to get waxed at the Cambridge or Medford locations.

This is a lovely full service spa tucked in a small mall across from The District (formerly NE Office Park). The paraffin treatment for the hands is wonderful for dry, over sanitized hands. They do massages and the usual hair removal services.
