“Roni Cotta and his painting/carpentry crew did a fantastic job of restoring the exterior of our Salem, MA, triple decker (built in 1910) in the face of serious obstacles: logistically it is a tall building with narrow access (see photos); and we discovered that a previous generation of owners had painted without using primer, with the consequence that most of the paint came off, and underneath there was considerable water damage to window frames (one hosting a sparrow's nest!), porch facing, shingles, and (in one instance) the building frame and its insulation. They repaired everything before painting.

Roni was great to work with. He is knowledgeable, immediately responsive (text/voice/email), financially precise, reliable, well organized, tidy, etc. etc. I would give the highest possible recommendation.
