I have always wanted to try ballet but I've never danced in my life. I started taking the absolute beginner adult ballet classes and I've greatly enjoyed the 2 sessions (completed 16 weeks) so far. I would recommend taking the class more than once before progressing because I felt like I learned so much the second time. I took the class with instructor Isobel Chang and enjoyed her teaching style. There are all ages and all body types and all genders, with no problems. So if you're interested, go for it

CLASS I only have taken the Adult Advanced Beginner class. I wouldn't recommend taking this if you don't have extensive dance... read full review
