2 visits, and I am already in less pain! Dr. Shilts first did a very thorough exam even though I told him I could get my records from my previous chiropractor. He told me things that my other chiropractor didn't. Now, all chiropractors talk a lot; it's part of their relaxation techniques, but Dr. Shilts actually talked about useful things AND he relaxed me! He told me which exercises I should start with to address issues not even directly related to my spine. My 2nd visit was great. He made me very comfortable and did an exam again before manipulation. Was having extremely painful upper back issues in my thoracic area causing breathing issues. Had been to 2 chiropractors before him who couldn't hell and weren't able to crack anything useful. He was able to identify and crack whatever it was back into place. Had to see him a few times a week but it eventually resolved! He's very flexible and able to see you quickly
