Really great company. I called them and they asked me to explain what happened. After I explained, they gave me a suggestion how I may be able to unlock my keyless electronic lock on my own. And it worked! So they didn’t end up coming to site and I didn’t have to pay a lot of money. They really care about the customers and saved my day. Would highly recommend.

Victor’s locksmith service is truly top notch! I was in need of an emergency locksmith service with short notice after a first attempt fail earlier in the day with a different company. He was personable and approachable from the get go and made recommendations once seeing the doors and listening to what I was looking for. He was able to articulate to me, a person who has never done an entire door deadbolt lock change, only key changes, why one type of lock might be more beneficial for my needs versus the others. The BEST company in Boston! Trust me who was tricked by unprofessional technicians who literally broke my lock by trying drilling the lock and eventually broke the inside part: the bad company which I am sooooo mad broke it and ask for 500 dollars. BUT victor came and save the day ?he is so professional and patient. He explained why the bad company don’t know their job and play dirty for the money. Victor is the nicest person ever, he does it for the CUSTOMERS. Guys just trust me: go call this company and I garentee u will get the lock fix with a good price and good people!!!
