To customers - the only reason I parted from this nail salon was because I moved to a different state. This salon is the real deal, and I was a REGULAR customer there for 3+ years. All of the nail technicians are lovely people and do a beautiful and thorough job. Alice especially is amazing, but I could speak to how amazing Nam, Banana, and Kay (shop owner) are as well. I’m going to miss this salon a lot! If it were physically possible for me, I’d give my business to this salon for my entire life. I love Hands and Heels in Brookline! They are so kind and professional and my nails always look and hold up great. The price here is also better than surrounding salons. Recently, I came in for a nail appointment after breaking my finger (and getting permission to get my nails done from my doctor) and I saw Trish who was so careful and gentle with my broken finger. I always try to book with Trish- she is excellent and detail-oriented. My dip nails with Trish usually last 5+ weeks! Thanks, Trish!

Had a great experience today for my first time here! Nam was my technician and she was kind, patient, communicative, and did a great job on my nails! What more could you ask for? This is the first time in a while that I’ve been satisfied with my manicure. I look forward to returning soon ☺️💅
