Used them for a simple repair, can't comment on their rough or finish work, but have a feeling they avoid it in favor of "emergency service".1. quick. 5 stars2. capable 4 stars3. communicative 4 stars4. hit n run prices 1 starSo 3 .5 stars. They could still earn a fantastic living if they relaxed their bills by 25%. It's a free country and noones holding a gun to your head to use them (unless you're in a condo association) but I know contractors well enough to know thatBilly Doran is one of those plumbers who doesn't really like his trade, but does it just to earn a living.

These guys know how to get the job done quickly and professionally. Unfortunately, tney have no shame about hit and run pricing - rather than charge an honest and accurate hourly rate, they'll negotiate a bloated "fixed fee" for minor repairs up front, knowing through their experience that they'll be in and out quickly. I'd be scared to use them on a larger project, but in emergency situations they do show up, and they pay themselves handsomely for that quality. Would give them 2.5 stars if I could - don't know many plumbers who give it away, but don't know any other who take it away more.

I have worked with Billy Doran as a Trustee in my Condo Association for 25+ years. He’s always been great to work with — I trust him completely to do the job correctly. Plus, he’s friendly and comes anytime, including the middle of the night and on holidays.
