We had this company replace a cast iron waste stack in our condo! The condo association hired them! They were very professional and very neat and organized every one of the workers were very knowledgeable and helpful to resolve the issue! I own a plumbing and HVAC company in another state and would high recommend this company! Keep up the great work the owner should be proud of all of the employees that worked on this project!

Used them for a simple repair, can't comment on their rough or finish work, but have a feeling they avoid it in favor of "emergency service".1. quick. 5 stars2. capable 4 stars3. communicative 4 stars4. hit n run prices 1 starSo 3 .5 stars. They could still earn a fantastic living if they relaxed their bills by 25%. It's a free country and noones holding a gun to your head to use them (unless you're in a condo association) but I know contractors well enough to know thatBilly Doran is one of those plumbers who doesn't really like his trade, but does it just to earn a living.

I have worked with Billy Doran as a Trustee in my Condo Association for 25+ years. He’s always been great to work with — I trust him completely to do the job correctly. Plus, he’s friendly and comes anytime, including the middle of the night and on holidays.
