I had dip nails that needed to be removed prior to getting a gel manicure with tips, and they left some of the fake nail from the dip on my nail bed and applied the fake nail for the gel manicure on top of it. The woman who did my manicure was very nice, but she also stepped on my toes a few times and smudged one of my toes and didn’t have time to fix it before her next client because I noticed as I was putting my shoes on. I think this place is good, but my experience wasn’t the best. I have been coming here for 2 years and I would not go anywhere else! Kevin and Linh are very attentive and always do a wonderful job on my nails! They keep the salon very clean. No complaints

Nina is Amazing even waiting for me to get there after Rte 9 traffic & Green line delays. I have been at least 5 times but as soon as I walk in, the Owner (female) has not been friendly or greeted me. As soon I walked in, " wash your hands" at least 3x. She's stressed or only when certain clientele enter. If you will yellto the Clients to wash their hands, have your Employees do the same. Have All Clients wash their hands, not just certain Clients. I am a Dental Nurse so I wash my hands often before donning gloves all day and I use hand sanitizer. The tone of voice is everything.
