I went to Brookline Lock today, hoping to find a very small part for a Baldwin deadbolt cylinder. It’s called a tail piece. The one on my cylinder had broken, making the lock inoperable. It was my lucky day. Dante welcomed me and listened to my request. I had brought the cylinder with me. Much to my amazement, he said that he might be able to help me. He consulted with a few of his coworkers and working together, they found the exact part that I needed. Dante installed it and said there was no charge. I drop off my safe to make a key، they make me key in 2 days , when they open the safe they found $1100 they save it for me until I stop by to pick up. Thanks for all the crew you guys have.

Last week they copied wrong one of the keys l gave them. Today I came back and the owner (I suppose) copied well both of the keys without charging me. Thanks a lot, a Great customer service.
