I drop off my safe to make a key، they make me key in 2 days , when they open the safe they found $1100 they save it for me until I stop by to pick up. Thanks for all the crew you guys have.

Last week they copied wrong one of the keys l gave them. Today I came back and the owner (I suppose) copied well both of the keys without charging me. Thanks a lot, a Great customer service.

I needed a hardware fix for a vintage door. Popped into the store with a picture of the problem. Young man gave a quick diagnosis, got the parts, showed me some options, and even found an extra screw for the end of the spindle. Helpful. Knowledgeable.
