Setup an appointment with them 1 day in advance, they let me know they could have a tech out the next day at 10am to troubleshoot the issue. I received a call less than an hour before they were going to arrive and cancelled.Service: General repairs
You will be paying $85 for an exorbitant estimate. Here is how this service works-you call up and set up a time for an electrician to come to assess job. Electrician showed up in time window given. He spent 10 minutes assessing job (installing an electrical outlet below an existing light switch). He then returned to truck to call home office (he knew nothing about company-he was hired online) and returned with a cost of $645. If I didn't accept estimate-I am out $85. I suspect that is how they make their money. For a variety of reasons, I needed the job done right away, and the electrician said he could do it right away. He completed job in about 45 minutes, but did not have a vacuum to clean up the mess. I have no complaints about the outlet installation, or the electrician. Be prepared to pay 2-3 X market rate.
