Marisa is a wonderful acupuncturist! Very skilled, easy to talk to and relaxing to be around. I have found her to be the best acupuncturist in Jamaica Plain and Highly recommend her!

I had a chronic cold that had turned into an ear infection. Unfortunately I developed a clogged ear that the medication did not clear. I came to Marissa for help. After one treatment my ear unclogged within two days. I found her session to be relaxing and helpful. She showed me strategies to continue to work on the issue while I was traveling. I loved the space and the heated table. She is truly a gifted healer.

My wife reached out to Marisa at Blue Fire Acupuncture after I experienced a hard fall resulting in three broken ribs and two cracked ribs. The broken ribs were extremely painful as the breaks were near the spinal vertebrae.Although skeptical, I was willing to try anything to alleviate the pain and eliminate the need for unwanted medications.
