canceled my appointment an hour before appointment time. after I dropped and dispersed my kids at their grandparent house and started making my way there. My haircut is simple, easy, and fast. anyone could have taken 3 inches off and especially were I was coming in with it already washed and ready to go. I'd even asked if there was someone else there willing. Manager seemed very unimpressed with the efforts I made to be there on time and unsympathetic to my circumstances. maybe they figured they weren't gonna make bank off of a haircut, however I'm a great tipper. Michelle at Biyoshi is so amazing that even though I moved to the North Shore 10 years ago, I still drive down to get my hair cut by her. The cuts are not only incredible, they grow out so well that I can go much longer in between cuts. This week I got my hair highlighted for the first time. Showed her a pic of celebrity hair and it came out EXACTLY the same as the picture.
