Its been awhile since my appointment with Dr. George Lovett and that's for good reason. He is one of the most uncompassionate, disrespectful, ignorant Doctors I have ever dealt with. Its pathetic that he can actually call himself a doctor. That was my first and I guarantee my last experience with this "doctor".
My parents go here because it's convenient. Undeniably the worst healthcare they have ever received. It's impossible to book an appt, I had to wait 30 minutes before I got a live person on the phone. The doctors are apathetic. They just prescribe e medication without really getting to the root of the problem. I will be finding a new primary for them. Anywhere would be better than this facility and these nurses and doctors. It's all about how many patients they can see in an hour. That comes straight from the Signature corporation. It's only about how much money they can make off of you. I'd give 0 stars if I could.
Went to urgent care on a Sunday afternoon. Never sat down in the waiting room. Went right from check in to Triage nurse where they did Covid/Flu and Streo tests before we even got into a room. As soon we were put into a room, doctor came to check on symptoms right away. The service was amazing and we couldn't recommend the place more. Plenty of staff. Nicely done Signature Healthcare.
