First time here and I swear I CAN NOT STAND SIGNATURE HEALTH STAFF. Front desk is always rude, uneducated, ignorant and non professional. As soon as I walk in the skinny black girl closes the window right in my face!!!! What type of shhh is that???? She needs to go flip burgers!!! Not a ppl person what so ever and what’s worse, this is why they speak the way they do about color ppl!!!

Terrible experience here. First, their information isn't updated through whatever system my primary care doctor uses so the referral sheet I had was all old information. Apparently their office was in a different city before and not in Brockton so I ended up going to the old location only to find that they moved. Thankfully I made it to my appointment on time regardless. However, the doctor I went to go see was called David Lovett. Worst visit of my life. This place is a joke. First, David came in without knocking while I was still undressing. Didn't bother to apologize. Didn't wait for a response before coming in. I've never seen that before. Comes in with someone else and quickly says his name. No hi, how you're doing. Worst greeting ever. Didn't even address me by my name. Then, he looks at my areas of concerns and quickly dismisses my concerns as a mole and that's all. He looked at my skin concern for less than 10 seconds. Then made a snarky comment about how it's not cancer and asked if I had any other concerns. Like what? My father JUST passed of colon cancer 2 months ago. Reason why I'm here checking a skin concern that feels like a lump. It was very informal and quite inconsiderate. He then walked out and left me there with no direction or a goodbye or anything. The entire visit lasted literally less than 3 minutes. It was the craziest thing I had ever seen. I don't feel like he should be working as a doctor when he doesn't care about patients. Now I'm left looking for another dermatology office because I know the lump isn't just a mole.

If I could give zero stars I would. Dr. Lovett was horrible. He was literally in th room 5 min and didn't even tell me what the issue was. I had to go to a different dermatologist to miss more work to get a answer. On top of this while talking about the area on which my rash was ( I private one) he had the door open and a nurse was sitting typing at her desk right there. Terrible experience go to Dr. Croke in Easton if you want results. Made the mistake of going to a different doctor when I went to Dr croke for yeats because I was no longer a patient because my previous condition had healed due to his help.
