I am a resident of mansfield and recently experienced a failure of my AC compressor on a Saturday morning, the worst possible timing as we were in the middle of a prolonged heat wave that was forecasted to persist for another 4-5 days. I was unable to find any HVAC professional to address the issue and started mitigation of the heat by first replacing all my roofs slant vents with attic fan vents as I discovered this space was extremely hot about 140F at peak. This helped some but I still needed my AC compresssor up and running again. I put my engineers cap on and started researching AC unit failure modes and quickly realized that while the fan was running the compressor was failing to start. I shut off the power, pulled the unit's breaker and removed the large capacitor and tested it with a multimeter. I verified that the capacitance was read near zero uF and needed to be replaced. No ones sells these parts at stores that are open on weekends and this is where Quarry Hills came to the rescue. The owner, while away on vacation for the weekend, offered to walk me through finding spare keys to unlock his office and his trucks to hunt for the capoacitor I needed. He went above and beyond to make sure I could get my house temperature under control ASAP and am very grateful. I found a capacitor that was close to what I needed and once installed my AC was pumping out cold air again! I would reccommend this guy for sure!

Just wanted to say the service was awesome! Tim and Tom were able to diagnose my heating issue right away and resolved the issue no problem!

Bill and the team did an excellent job recommending and installing a new central air and thermometer over the summer. Yesterday, our gas water heater quit. In about 24 hours, on the weekend between Christmas and New Years, they were here with a replacement to do the installation. I wouldn't call anyone else.
